Apfiacare.com is a presentation website which offers its users the opportunity to find information related to the Apfia Care brand and the Apfia Care products. The products cannot be purchased directly from the apfiacare.com website, but only through the retailers authorized in the buyer’s country.

The apfiacare.com Terms and Conditions are subject to the Romanian legislation. In case of a dispute, an amicable way will be firstly sought, within 30 working days after the complaint has been registered with the apfiacare.com office. In case that during the previously specified period an agreement cannot be reached, the disputes between the Parties will be referred for settlement to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.

The apfiacare.com website reserves the right to make any change to the information and technical data on the apfiacare.com website, without a prior notice, as may be needed from time to time.
